MODEL 1 is the darkest of the standard models, it features a short but relatively high rollover which helps to improve response without sacrificing the low end. It has a medium rounded chamber.

It’s a good choice for playing old style jazz and ballads.

MODEL 2 is a medium bright alternative, it has a medium and high rollover which makes this mouthpiece the most versatile of the standard models. It has a medium rounded chamber.

It’s a good choice for playing modern jazz, fusion and pop.

MODEL 3 is the brightest of the standard models, it has a long and high step baffle for getting lots of power and brightness. It has a medium rounded chamber.

It’s a good choice for playing smooth jazz and rock.

MODEL “BARAJ” is a custom model designed to meet the requirements of Argentinian saxophonist Bernardo Baraj. He required a mouthpiece which delivers power while not being overly bright, with a Berg Larsen vibe. It has a medium rounded chamber.

Bernardo uses this mouthpiece for playing Gato Barbieri’s music.

MODEL “PATRICIA LOPEZ” is a custom model designed to meet the requirements of Uruguayan saxophonist Patricia López. She required a mouthpiece with a jazz style tone, brighter than her previous mouthpiece.

This model is a variation of Model 1 with a sligthly higher rollover. It has a medium rounded chamber.

Patricia plays this model on both alto and tenor saxophones.

MODEL 4 has moderated rollover and a medium square chamber which helps to project while keeping the tone warm.

It’s a good choice for those who like a dark tone on soprano.
